Overview
Missing project favicons no longer get a server-generated SVG from the asset route. The server still issues signed asset URLs when no favicon file exists, but uses a dedicated filename marker (project-favicon-missing) and resolveAsset returns null for those tokens—so HTTP responses are 404 instead of inline fallback SVG.

Web and mobile import shared isProjectFaviconFallbackUrl and treat marker URLs like “no image,” showing their existing folder icon UI without requesting a bogus asset.

Shared package adds @t3tools/shared/projectFavicon (marker constant + URL helper) with unit tests; server asset tests assert marker URLs and null resolution.

Adds a shared PROJECT_FAVICON_FALLBACK_MARKER constant and isProjectFaviconFallbackUrl() utility in packages/shared/src/projectFavicon.ts to detect fallback favicon URLs by their filename.
The server now embeds the fallback marker in the issued URL when a project favicon is missing, and resolveAsset returns null for such requests instead of a special project-favicon-fallback object.
The asset route no longer serves an inline SVG for missing favicons — it returns 404 instead.
The web and mobile ProjectFavicon components detect the fallback marker client-side and render a local fallback icon without making a network request.
